I place a high priority on education. I frequently find myself listening to self-improvement blogs, videos, audiobooks, etc. Education is so readily available, so why wouldn't I make an effort to receive what others are willing to share. I find myself signing up for all sorts of webinars and ZOOM meetings. I read somewhere once that, "if you take just one new strategy, one new tidbit of knowledge or information and apply it to your business, then the time was well-spent."

Tarek El Moussa has a new education program called "Home Schooled" where he teaches his personalized strategies about how to navigate the real estate business to new students. I have been a fan of the Flip or Flop show since it's inception in 2013; so naturally I jumped at the chance to hear what Tarek's team had to share. Now, I have been to numerous seminars where hosts get you in a room and pitch their services to you, but this one was different. Tarek's team put on a full TWO-DAY seminar where they shared an unbelievable amount of content and I had NO IDEA that I would get a chance to chat with the real estate extraordinaire himself.


Tarek's demeanor was very down-to-earth and his excitement for real estate was contagious! I left the session with a fire and hunger to do MORE! The newlywed (married to Heather El Moussa, Selling Sunset - on Netflix) has clearly made a name for himself in the industry. It's inspiring to see him giving back to the real estate community and dedicating time to educate a new legacy of Realtors and Investors. It just goes to show that anything is possible if you want it bad enough.


As a new work-from-home mom, I am able to dedicate more time to educate myself on the industry. I have heard the phrase, "Fake it til you make it". But I prefer to put in the work and to learn the material so that I can be an expert, a true asset to my clientele. I want you to feel comfortable entrusting me with your most important transactions. I want you to have confidence in knowing that I am someone that will find a way to get the deal done, someone that you can turn to as a guide, a real estate concierge (if you will), who is always going to tell it to you straight.
