My name is Jessica Nickell, formerly Jessie Watson.

To me, family is EVERYTHING! I am grateful to have such a supportive inner circle. I am married to a very handsome golfer/realtor/all around easy-going guy.

We have two adorable and incredibly energetic children. Our son is creative, stylish, and imaginative and our new baby girl is curious, mischievous, and as sweet as can be. We are incredibly fortunate so we spend most of our spare time with our little ones.

Family is the one thing that you can always count on. Your friends and close loved ones are the people that will always be there for you and I make it a point to offer that sense of family to my clients. Because in real estate, you need someone that you can count on and trust to guide you through the ins and out of THE DEAL.

I was born and raised in the East Bay Area of Northern California; areas ranging from Fremont, Newark, Hayward and then Middle School to Junior College in Livermore.

I moved to the Central Valley to acquire my Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing at CSU Stanislaus in Turlock.  In 2015, I obtained my Real Estate License and joined a boutique brokerage called "Escala Properties" where I learned the ins-and-outs of the real estate business under the very savvy, Richard Hughes.

  Mission Statement

Purchasing a new home is a big decision, one that requires careful evaluation of the various options and opportunity costs. I fully appreciate and respect that you are very busy and have a million other important things going on in your life. My job is to listen to your wants, recognize your needs, and then take the reins. I place the highest priority on making sure that you understand and are comfortable with the process while enjoying your new home buying experience.

My goal is to never have one of my clients say
"Oh, I wish my Realtor would have told me that"
...because it shouldn't be that way. Education is such a huge part of my business. I am not a fan of the "fake it until you make it" mentality. I believe in genuine, hard work, and regular ol' BORING studying. That's right! Let's do it the old-fashioned way and make sure that it's done RIGHT!
